Does Expertise just take away how much energy Attack Skills, Preperations, Traps, Stances, Glyphs, and Shouts cost or does it take off cast time, or recharge time to...

Reduces the costs only...does nothing to reduce spells/hexes/enchantments..

EDIT : yes..all skill types.. meaning... traps/ nature rituals/ preparations/ glyphs/ shouts/ stances/ weapon attack skills

It also affects all "skill" type skills.
